With Halloween coming up, we wanted to focus on a part of healthcare marketing that can be tricky, but very successful with the right set of tools. TRICK #1: TEMPLATES

Tea Leaves Health makes it easy to develop your campaign creative. Although you can upload a new creative piece for each campaign you run, you can also maximize your time by having Tea Leaves make some of your more common campaigns into templates that you can edit on the fly. You then have the ability to easily edit any images, text, logos, etc. within your piece, download a proof and order the campaign all within minutes. Templates work great for things like new physician promotions or regular seminars and events.

TREAT #1: CAMPAIGN COST TRANSPARENCY

Here at Tea Leaves, we never want anyone to be tricked with a surprising invoice. This is why we have a preview of campaign costs right in W2A. On the order screen, you can see and make changes to many features of your campaigns; including postage options and delivery type. However, an added treat is the ability to see the cost of your campaign depending on the size of the mailing, how many pieces are being sent, the postage cost and any additional fees related to your campaign, eliminating any surprises.


TRICK #2: SCHEDULE ALL YOUR CAMPAIGNS AT ONCE

Do you want to send an email along with your direct mail piece and perhaps schedule a social media post along with it? The W2A portal allows you to schedule all of your marketing tactics at the same time. The system will then allow you to select and modify creative for each medium selected. As an added treat, you can even select the specific date to have all your campaigns hit consumers. This allows you to schedule everything when it makes sense for your campaign, hit the order button and let Tea Leaves do the rest!
